$VPER 3's getting hit regularly. this is a loading phase where shares are quietly accumulated cheap by insiders and associated.

once all are loaded it will be run up on volume and retail will participate, driving it much higher.

lender and insiders will sell into it, mms will help as they have also loaded cheap, and this liquidity/vol makes for a very nice run to .001 or more.

right now just buy cheap, sit on the shares, set an alert for 50% volume increase above daily avg, and price increase to 4.

meanwhile the bear-hens can keep cackling about nothing and looking at wrong things.... they have no idea how OTC works.
