Accountant didn’t quit we just didn’t want to spend the money on an audit it’s not needed at this time we will audit once we move to higher exchange not the OTC

the only way he can uplist is with a massive reverse split, and he just declared he was moving to a higher exchange. there's his excuse for the reverse split that will be the next 8-k anyone sees here.
not a good sign when you run out of money for the accountants...
