Balance sheet as of Q4 showed 3.1MM cash and account payable 4.8MM and total current liabilities 10.6MM. They haven’t filed Q1 yet. When the floor goes IPIX is insolvent shortly there after. They will need new financing. It’s doubtful they can get it as Aspire is already a bottom of the rung lender. Maybe a RS and a reorg and find new suckers and then do it all again. Lol. They’re will be some here who spin this but it is what it is.
