Dilution is done here. They had 230k of convertibles left when os was 1.4 billion according to the 10k. They now have 2 billion shares which means 600 million shares were issued. 600 million is enough to cover the 230k and the comversion rate. Even if it got converted at .0005 that still equals 300k that went to dilutor.
