The risk for GERS has always been failure from the courts which translates into .0001 or nothing for the price of the stock.

The reward for GERS is a judgement in its favor which translates into a very healthy profit for stockholders.

People sell and people buy. So, if more shareholders lose confidence in GERS and sell than those wanting to buy, it will just make the price of buying better for those who want to buy.

Market dynamics are interesting. For me, I liked what I read but will keep my opinions/take on the recent filing to myself as it will bore most people.
