IT WAS NOT AN OFFERING LOL...they are BUYING BACK 500K SHARES!! A secondary offering is shareholders from the IPO selling their shares on the market...it is existing shares..not new shares. They did the same thing March 1st..the difference this time is the company is removing 500k shares from the outstanding share count...THIS IS BULLISH! lol
