Buy VCPS now..... Rumor has it that it will run in early June when they release 10k. Trades at .0001 with no bid and has 2,885,816,795 shares outstanding. VCPS has not diluted any shares since late February. VCPS has diluted 903,221,501 shares since they hit no bid on October 30, 2017. They are SEC current.....VCPS should see at least .0005 in the next four to five weeks. Management has vast experience in mergers....Could a reverse merger be in the works?....Do your own DD on VCPS.
