I know these thoughts are unconventional and even illegal (in most parts of world), But...
Retribution networks exist, several prominent ones are active and have reinvented themselves over many decades even here in the USA. These are the hands who get a pay up or shut down, sometimes forever, quite literally.
China's Government(s) are often in cahoots with the shysters/ criminals. Most often it's International in nature, because that's where the money is. And the market is a hot spot for them to feed. It's a tag-team which really can't be stopped because of near unlimited resources, control and fire power.
Lone wolfs are often effective and do much of the work, yet special teams of specialists much like our heralded NAVY SEALS, along with missionaries, and even negotiators are sent to carry out definitive orders.
I know that some of the people here were they to lose EVERYTHING invested would be willing and able to contribute to the hire of this force of righteousness and justice. Aside from Lord above doing what he does to right the ship, evil scheming men who destroy others are not easily forgiven.... this is just a means to possibly recover some, or even all, for a small fee if enough of us were to contribute say $500-$1000 to counteract and respond to such evil.
At the moment this is just 'Food For Thought'. I only hope and wish they do what's right for investors who've suffered way beyond reason. Should anyone here like to add something of value (aside from knocking my sanity), kindly respond.
