Now we know why the legal opinion will not be commented on any further.

I contributed to the legal opinion that Ferguson solicited me and everyone else he sent his Huxley Updates to. They had to have it to wrap things up, but they didn't want us to know they had no intentions of using it, anyway.

After he insulted me for following up a few times on it's progress:

Ferguson: you bought into what you thought was a retirement home.
If you dont like it - tough

That totally discouraged me from ever signing on for any of his other scams.

Those disclosure statements at the bottom of Huxley emails and updates shouldn't discourage anyone from posting their feelings on the scams Ferguson cooked up. They're just trying to keep the truth from coming out. Don't think they want to air all their dirty laundry to the SEC.
