I have no idea where they got that $1.5 Billion number...but it is ridiculous. And if DPT had anything like $150 million in revenues they would actually have some employees and an actual office...not O'Leary's New York studio apartment or Helpcomm's office/garage in Manassas.

And if the company was actually worth $1.5 Billion they would NOT being doing a reverse merger into an OTC stock.

But imaginations will no doubt run wild until the DPT KLMK Reg S-X fins show up and show us the reality of what DPT's business has actually been over the last 2 years...or hasn't been as the case will be.
