Everyone has received their shares as of Monday 5/7/2018. Nobody is willing to sell because we 1. believe this will turn around, 2. see the potential here, with any one of the 2 major contracts can send this into dollars 3. have taken enough of a loss already, to just let it ride. If you did sell, you will have to chase.
