Berge has been fully reporting for over a decade. Always files the in a timely manner. This last 10k was the only exception to that and it was also filed but a couple weeks late.

Berge doesn't hide things from his shareholders as he has been accused of in the past. Its all there for all to see.

All of this is of course my opinion and my method of gambling on OTC stocks so don't take any of it as advice for how to throw away your own money.
