and all that illegally-mined non-tax-paying cobalt (destined for China's backdoor) gets Ebola-tized.

Ma & Pop does have clean running water and working "clean" latrines (or at least Port-o-Lets emptied once a day) out at their mining worksites... don't they? I mean who in their right mind would poop straight on the ground (and without toilet paper) out in the nice clean jungle?

Gee, what a bummer, huh? The price for a tonne of non-Ebola-tized legal cobalt might could easily top $100,000/mt after such an "unfortunate" Ebola outbreak... maybe even $110,000/mt.
