It wasn't a dumb decision, it was a smart one, it was multi-purpose as previously stated to reward those that have worked there for a long time, that could take their time and talents elsewhere, because they are very smart and productive individuals. Armen took a piece of the pie as well, he is the owner. I think ndww42 put it very nicely, the OS will only still be 430 million shares when this is said and done, and RXMD will be debt free. I like the sounds of every bit of that sentence. That shouldn't affect our value one bit, only improve it for future outlook here.
