I think it has got to be about the symbol and name change. They gave a broad "May" timeline, since they do not know the exact date FINRA will approve everything. I bet their attorney advised it would be sometime in May.

They have been very quiet about the stock trading on the US Stock Market with it trading under the Firefish symbol and name. This alone tells me this is not another penny scam. 99% of the other reverse merger scams start chirping on day one of the merger regardless of the symbol or name change. Not GIFA. Kisa has been playing this smart and I like it!
