Hanks needs the 20% still. It seems from a desire to increase the PPS stand point it would make more sense to release news concerning mmex acquiring the 20%, then and as the PPS is climbing release the final news of the 80% financing, thereby send this to ???????? If an excuse comes instead of actual financing, you will need a large bucket and very very very very very long rope to scoop up shares that have fallen dramatically.
