I know, I totally agree Brian. It was recently said no savvy investor would think that dilution is going on but how can savvy investors just take Berman at his word?

He hasn’t delivered on anything he said he would, just these wild claims of revenue growth, none of which can be verified. He’s the CEO of a tiny company in the scam world of the OTC gutter and people just believe him without question!

Meanwhile the saga continues with promises not kept:

Name change
Domicile
Audit
Share reduction


The last one is supposed to happen when (if) the name change takes place. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised when / if a name change takes place, all of a sudden a PR is released stating why he can’t do share reduction.

I hope I’m wrong but based on his track record, I don’t see any of these things happening.
