Confirmed! Just called Ameritrade, once again , its a 1:1 TLNUF to AXXA share conversion, according to Ameritrade's "Corporate Action Committee Notes" ,in the corporate action notes for TLNUF/AXXA, its a 1:1 conversion, NO OTHER CHANGE besides the name and symbol change. No time frame given for 1:1 conversion known yet. They claim the OS is lower then what we read in the TLNUF/AXXA filings of 172 millions shares. Ameritrade says its 158.7 million shares in the OS. Both TLNUF and the trading AXXA have the same CUSIP number, 30233C109. It takes a minute of digging on the Ameritrade website and asking the right questions because at first she gave me the old TLNUF Cusip #. I then pointed out to her on the website that under my TLNUF shares it shows the same new cusip # that SHE AT AMERITRADE just gave me of 30233C109. I then proceeded to ask her how is it possible for AXXA to be trading if the share conversion from TLNUF at a 1:1 ratio into AXXA shares has not taken place yet. She said, "I'm not sure, I will have to call a higher department and they open in 5 minutes". I said I will call back and you know I will lolol
