Mr. Perera is referring to the Letter of Intent that was signed between Centrex and MicroCars. We are working on the final agreement now which is why it has not been released.

The shares are coming from old noteholders who are converting their debts to stock. These are people and agreements that preceded my taking over as CEO.

We will keep you informed as the events close and we can state these things publicly.
