They clearly released he PR intentionally when Bitcoin was about to break $10,000. Joke's on them. It is about to fall below 9k. The longer people wait for something to happen here the better the chances that nothing happens at all. This will not break .001 until all financials are updated and they go current. Considering the grand opening was on March 27th and nothing has been updated yet, says a lot about what they are doing behind the scenes. 'Go Slow To Lead' is a perfect mission statement as the PPS is going to slowly drop back down as nothing of substance ever materializes. This closes no higher than .0006 today.
