For those familiar with Duncan Reid (TRIS), he apparently has a direct connection to ECPN now. Not surprising at all. Birds of the feather.....etc. An interesting post from Yahoo:

@Istaquio Steve Antol is not a board member and does not get to vote on board matters. He is just simply the CFO and a lackey of Stapleton, Lozensky and Motley.

Humberto Siller is the owner of Logistica, the same company ECPN used to store their "$3million" worth of dirt at his bonded warehouse. He also owns a shipping/logistics company based out of Mexico but also has a small operation in Texas which uses for deals in the US.

Duncan Reid is a close fried of David Davidson and was the individual in Canada whom was the refiner of the 2200lb of "hyper-concentrates" that ECPN was hoping to get paid for back in March.

Duncan Reid, David Davidson and Humberto Siller have started their own new company called New Mexico Metal Refiners Group, LLC. NMMRG has been trying for years to set up a steel factory in nearby Alamogordo, however the group is short on iron and has been making a play for ECPN's mine.

This is quick synopsis of how the ECPN's deal in December went down:

Stapleton and ECPN were in a pickle because Stapleton is an idiot with zero mining experience or clue how to turn a profit. Larry Lozensky, a former ECPN board member and long-time friend of Stapleton, understands ECPN's situation and tries to exploit it for his own benefit. He connects John Stapleton with David Davidson who is supposed to be "the genius behind the throne" and David is able to sell his services to ECPN. Knowing ECPN's bleak financial outlook and lack of industry knowledge, Davidson carves out a sweet contract with ECPN where he will help ECPN realize revenue if they give him $2mil, 9million shares and exclusive rights to any and all results regarding their material. Stapleton agrees and Davidson gets to work concocting a large scheme to undermine ECPN and drive ECPN's stock price down so his group of Reid and Siller can buy the whole thing. In December 2017, realizing that Stapleton promised shareholders $3mil in revenue, he connects Siller and Reid to Stapleton in an attempt to sell the 2200lbs of concentrates. ECPN would "Sell" or "transfer" the material to Logistica's Humberto Siller, and would act as a middle man, as Logistica would turn around and sell the material to Reid for it to be refined. Davidson made sure to keep his name out of the agreements so it would not be a conflict of interest. This is also why ECPN did not "ship" anything but was instead transfered to Logistica's warehouse. In addition, the "insurance" issue was not about shipping but rather the price ECPN would have to pay for the material to be housed with Logistica until they finally transported it to Canada.

This deal was a set-up from the beginning orchestrated by Larry Lozensky and executed by David Davidson.
