Guangxi Guigang Huaao Automobile has an annual output of 300,000 light passenger cars (SUVs) and 50,000 new energy coupe projects located in the Guigang Industrial Park (Shika Park). It covers an area of 584 acres and a total investment of RMB 5 billion. After the project is completed, it will mainly produce large and medium-sized passenger vehicles and carry out the construction of related parts and components. Among them, passenger cars use mixed-line production. At the same time, they introduce a lightweight design concept, use an all-aluminum body, reduce engine load, reduce chassis component stress, and improve vehicle performance. After the project is completed, it will form an annual output of 5,000 6-12m passenger cars and an annual output of 15,000 7.5m passenger cars. The estimated production value will reach 14 billion yuan.

I. Project Progress

The first phase of the project was started in March 2016. Within less than one year, it was completed and put into operation at the end of 2016, and an accumulated investment of 530 million yuan was completed. The second phase of the project started construction in March of this year with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan. At present, it has completed a total investment of 480 million yuan.

(I) Preliminary work

The second phase has completed land leveling, geological exploration, general plan drawing design, feasibility study report preparation, project registration, construction site construction boundary map, design essentials planning conditions, construction of temporary facilities, construction temporary electricity, water installation, and land Disaster assessment, soil and water conservation, and construction drawing design are basically completed; environmental assessments, “three-simultaneous” assessments of construction projects , review of construction plans, compilation of construction drawing budgets, fire approvals, mine approval, construction, and supervision bidding are being carried out. (II) Construction work

The second-phase punching and welding workshop of the project has completed the installation of main columns of steel structures (169 pieces in total), roof steel beams, purlins, purlins, wall-to-wall installations, and equipment-based installations.
The thermal insulation and waterproofing have been completed by 95%. , the external walls of steel tile completed 97%, interior steel tile completed 60%, stable layer of surface water plant has accumulated 80% of the entire plant is expected to November 28 with all the use. The paint shop has completed basic concrete construction, installed 100 main columns of steel structures, accounted for 40% of the paint shop works, and the roof grid structure is being processed. The entire workshop is expected to be put into use on December 28. Dangerous chemical storage and oil storage warehouses have completed 36 foundation excavations, foundation concrete pouring, indoor surface hardening and surrounding residual soil leveling work. The second phase of the project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of this year.

Formulate and implement fiscal policies, support them at the initial stage of industrial development, and provide local fiscal and taxation policies for the production of new energy vehicle vehicles, key spare parts and components, and the production and research and development of R&D equipment that comply with national regulations.

3. Increase the introduction of new energy automobile talents and industrial ecological chain enterprises.

4. It is recommended that the main products produced by the local electric car companies in our city be listed in the local government procurement product catalog, so as to create a relaxed development environment for the enterprise so as to better develop the electric vehicle market.

5. Improve the industrial base and supporting facilities, and accelerate the construction of new energy vehicle supporting facilities such as charging piles.
