Question on the Portfolio Holdings released May 4 2018

For the Nanosys investment, the Value column for the 2003 and the 2005 investments show between 58% and 60% of Cost.
How can the 2010 investment be worth more (158%) when the previous investments are worth less? Could it be a typo?
If we change the current value for the 2010 investment from $789,061 to $289,061, then it is worth 58% of purchase price, very similar to the other two investments. That seems to make sense to me. Comments?

And if the value somehow went up for the 2010 investment, why did it not for the 2003 and the 2005 investments?
