They do not have money, nor do they care. If you think the toxic note with Garrett is just an accident, think again.


Solomon is going to raise AS and Garrett is going to convert. Then the big shareholders will utilize small shareholders anger to "force" Solomon to convert his A share, then the company will be taken private at maybe 50 cents per share jointly by those big players and Solomon. No TRW shares will be distributed. That is probably the true plan.

RD's anger and future action will help them even more.
