Here's my take on Petar's words today.

I think there are 3 possibilities and the first one is unlikely anymore.

1. Petar is willing to let another deadline come and go to scare out a few more penny infestors. Don't think so anymore. I think's he's as ready as we are to move on to the next level. The AF's are holding up part of SLJB's business plan. Time to get rolling.

2. The AF's are done and were mailed today. Will arrive NLT than Wednesday and easily be posted by Friday.

3. Petar already has the AF's and is ready to post them at any time.
