Looks like the early 2018 P&D is officially OVER...and now they got enough negative news baggage (TWO FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS, MAJOR ONES, ONE WITH A Sr. U.S. Senator from the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE DOGGING UM) more bad baggage than a freaking 747 super cargo liner can lift....LOL...golly...can't get off the ground......

Volume is going sub anemic, like some old lady missing her iron pills...again....tells me the early 2018 P&D is officially OVER...and they never end well...and now 6 MILLION or so dilution shares got unloaded...most likely into the top of the "P" phase and now the MM's like VERT are shorting for all they got into the "D" phase...wash...rinse...repeat...looks like the same ole USRM bad broken record playing the same old bad tune if you ask me......

The day's Looow already tagged .045, aka 4.5 CENTS...HOLY COW..the lead boat anchor got tossed over the side I guess....

VERT, one of the most notorious OTC, penny-ville diluters of OTC-ville has the new "hard floor" set at 4 CENTS now...which tells me...they're gonna DIP-n-RIP this POS down to that level here sooner than later....always works that way....all the selling is likely MM's short selling hand over fist to unload what they can and cover it much lower for easy bank...same old bad tune...

What's changed besides RECENT DILUTION, a SEC FORMAL INVESTIGATION w/ SUBPOENA and the FDA still running their own investigation(s) which per Commissioner Gottlieb public commentary in numerous places, made it highly likely that "FURTHER ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS" can and will be taken against the "BAD ACTORS" as he labeled them...in multiple articles that specifically spoke about USRM....I mean what could possibly go wrong now...LOL.....makes no freaking sense to me...

Look at it this way I guess...it's ONLY about 4.5 CENTS away from $ZERO....so can't get any worse that that....if/when FEDS take their next level action(s).....
