authorized shares must be HUGER. Math doesn't work out here people. Can someone explain to me how someone can gain controlling interest of a company with 8.5 BILLION shares outstanding. They need to have acquired over 4.25 BILLION shares so our outstanding shares is now 12.75 BILLION shares???? Please explain. Last time I asked someone cut and pasted definition of "controlling interest" LOL
