I am not sure what data. They don't own any oil, lost all leases and owe a lot of people money. What do they have? Unfortunately, oil prices could be $100 PB again and they still wouldn't have anything to release. If they had anything related to oil that would make the company some money they would have done it by now. I think they are mostly putting barriers up to minimize the lawsuits that will occur if they file anything. They already have quite a few out there that we know of and several they never reported. They are not an oil company. They are a pump and dump and looking at selling the ticker, not anything related to oil.
