Dear Mr. Remillard

Whats your game plan for paying off that one million dollar debt that LDSR supposedly owes to Emry Capital? Will you be paying off that with cash or will it be shares?
Because Emry Capital filed that 8K with the SEC on April 9 do you think they are trying a hostile takeover of LDSR? What rights do Emry hold over LDSR that they can even file an 8K on behalf of LDSR to the SEC?
Have you been in contact with the CEOs of at least two other OTC tickers that are currently going through exactly the same Emry Capital scenario as LDSR?
