As far as info on what’s happened this last Month of April

Same as the March Filing

During the month of April 2018, the Company continued optimizing and improving the components of the FAIMS Point of Care (“POC”) prototype device including a focus on miniaturization. The R&D Team plans to further develop the device, as well as implement findings from ongoing research conducted on biomarkers found in the breath that are associated with diseases. The Company also continues to evaluate the potential commercial impact of an assortment of biomarkers tested so far to determine the most effective strategy going forward.

Management is undertaking a global review of the competitive landscape of potentially competing POC devices for both collection and analysis of breath for medical screening and diagnostic purposes. The Company also initiated a review of its current POC device design to see if any additional or new intellectual property should be protected through additional patent filings. The company is also reviewing and updating its intellectual property information related to biomarkers found in the breath for screening and diagnostic purposes.
