I am right - first I understand the patent process and posted that a provisional patent was a worthless placeholder that hasn't been examined and no prior art has been submitted.

Hell, read the OWCP financials - they don't claim to own any patents.

The price went from over $3 to ~$0.25 - the price is down at least 92% - there isn't any institutional investors.

The most recent 8-K is a convertible note disguised as a Equity Purchase Agreement.

From the SEC filings on the 8-K we find:

"The Company has agreed, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of the Purchase Agreement, to sell to the Purchasers those certain shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (the “Preferred Shares”) and warrants (the “Warrants”)"
