I like your summary except your next year revenue figure is way off. Reslove alone would have done at least 150 million in revenue next year. With ELS they will do about 450 million in 2007.

Also, third quarter numbers will be good. Obviously since the merger did not close until the first day of the 4th quarter, the 3rd quarter numbers will only show Resolves growth which in itself will be enough to move the stock some imo. But when the fourth quarter numbers come out you will see a substantial increase in revenues and EPS. By the time those numbers come out I believe that we will already be listed on the AMEX and thus get the attention of some much bigger players. 2007 should be the type of year that see's Resolve go from a $3.00 - $4.00 stock to an $8.00 stock - $10.00 stock.
