I think the deal will get done but not on a silver platter the way the congressman is suggesting/ assuming. If forum energy wants to stay in the mix they should expect to shoulder some of the cost too, there's no such thing as a free ride, especially when it's between corporations. Either in costs, percentages or dilution, but it's still a great deal when it happens.
