No, I am saying the math is wrong. If 20 percent stays in the public hands, and 312 million are taken out of the OS and converted into the single share, then that means even after using all the Authorized Shares of 500 million, that Ihubers control nearly half the OS, and in fact all of the OS at the beginning. This is why many people distrust the prevailing theory and think it's a promotion job.

This is about math. If the true float is down to 10 million or less then people here have a good chance at no reverse split. 88 million is way too much for there not to be one.
