It’s 17.5% of the equity above the adjusted equity value. This fact has been written on this board a 1000 times.

We do not get 17.5% of 128m shares, I don’t know where you got that from. We don’t get 17.5% of the 126m shares either, because that’s the old company share float, and we don’t get 17.5% of a bankrupt company. We get 17.5% of the new company. The warrants are in our account. It looks like we got roughly 10% of our old shares - but in reality its 17.5% of the new company at the time of emerging from the bankruptcy. That original new co share float will have changed dramatically, remember its a private company still. Our warrants do not get diluted, if they dilute the share float of the private company, the conversion factor changes so we are not affected.
