If you had read the real DD I posted you would know I exposed the owner of Simfox as "Jonathan".

Note 5 and the $700k in assets is complete BS.

This is called a Related Party transaction and has to be disclosed - this is a Securities Violation.

Let's take a closer look at Simfox Enterprises - I found a company under Hotstocked that paid for a promotional campaign. 

Simfox paid MomentumOTC $10,000 for a paid pump on Feb 08, 2016 - there were 5 emails sent. 

Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.
