I sometimes wonder if True-dough will actually be able to make this work at Federal level. Perhaps each province will take it upon its self to just do MJ 'for everyone' in its own particular provincial favor?
The Federal government might just enact a basic declaration 'of outline as a law' and gracefully walk away from the heavy enforcement role?

I tend to agree it will be a legal courts snafu for all concerned.
Probably just fine suspected or verified MJ users and make them sit for 2-4 hours before they can say return to driving? And, assign them to users group sessions therapy or whatever?

Or, the Law is passed in two parts . . . for more debate and just enacted in one or two provinces for initial enforcement?

Also: nothing said about Insurance vehicle user and business
policy holders that might get dropped or raised.

Cayman Islands addresses . . . that's so reassuring.
The very need to use such funding sourcing, means no Federal Canada
funding hopes for a mobile MS breathe Reader R&D + Testing?
Surely B.C. can flip some coins towards that . . . Oh Canada and all that.

I think I should just sit and wait for PR. 'Ladies and All . . .
CAN-DO has being enacted!
