So why would somebody buy a shell that will have almost - if not all - of it’s AS maxed out, and NOT reverse split? Or are you thinking they will increase the A/S?

Priwen presumably needs capital, such is - or was - their interest in MINEd, but without a reverse split or an addition to the AS there won’t be shares to issue to raise capital.
