Believe this is more than a rumor...

RXMD - how’d you find out about CVS’s acquisition department contacting them? There’s an individual on Twitter (@isbgtruthsquad) who’s been asking progressive care about a buyout offer. I also have a friend who has heard rumors around the business community in south Florida about buyout talks, that date back to last year.

CVS's acquisitions department contacted Progressive Care a few days ago. RXMD has much bigger potential than what it is today. The company is working with SEC right now trying to get back fully reported. This is a great company with great future.
