personnally I call it fear selling, I explain it to myself as what the housing market in my area has done, the price dropped extraordinarily low then stabilized at about 25% less than the original quote, which is what was expected. Speculation for the worst tends to drive a lot of investors to sell off. when they do it in large groups the price drops. More supply than demand. I'm bipolar but many people here need more medication than I do. The dilution didn't help. Hopefully its done for now. I'm praying that was the pp. If not then I may have to worry a little more. But I'm gambling here so I'll be optimistic. Either I win or lose hopefully win though.
