Sean Wright is a Managing Partner of Carden Capital. Prior to founding Carden Capital, Sean worked at Allianz Capital Partners in Munich, Germany, a leading Western European private equity firm with over €2bn of invested capital, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and mezzanine lending. Sean started his career as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in New York and London, where he completed over $1bn of mergers and acquisitions and acquisition finance transactions. Sean attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business with a finance emphasis and an M.A. in International Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences. Sean graduated summa cum laude from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in German language.
