Delcath investor relationship manager had lied in his email when it was asked that did HB released the patent.in reply he said Yes. But actually HB released patent on 24th April 2018 and also Delcath did no PR for it. And this release happened after 1:500 RS announcement. It means that HB was shorting this stock and Delcath management had full information of it. Delcath relationship with HB must be investigated and Delcath must be investigated whole as company.I tell you guys Jeniffer Simpson and whole Delcath team is criminal. This company must be investigated.i promise you if right investigation happens Jeniffer Simpson will be in jail including all board of directors.patent release from HB but no PR for it.
