SV Health Ventures - this is the VC firm Dr. Heiner Dreisman works with today that focuses on Biotech, Medical devices and Healthcare. He is brought onto the MYDX advisory board, that is what most VC firms do as stipulation of their investment... Hmmm smells like a major investment could be taking shape here.

Any idea on if this would need to be reported or can it be kept quiet for the k's and q's?
