A statement was released earlier by Longaberger blaming a creditor for taking the day to day duns needed for operational activites.

Have you noticed John Rochon senior and John Rochon junior continually blame others?

The blame in the latest update starts here:
"However, at this time, our senior Bank lender is sweeping our cash dail, leaving us temporarily without access to operating cash to run the business or make statutorily required payments, like sales tax and payroll tax"

Seriously??? You don't pay the bank and then complain when they take what is owed?

There are some other facts out there that seem to indicate that the lender wanted the business to keep operating in order to be paid but Rochon shut it down to avoid paying
