Read the most recent 10-Q - it is laden with toxic debt. You do understand that the CEO repaid the convertible note with more toxic financing - and then borrowed more toxic loans from the same lender.

The was Voo Doo accounting meant to dupe noobie investors - the facts are after the press release there was even more toxic debt.
