There is nothing official linking the CC to the loan, but it does sure seem like they could be linked. Never before (at least not in the past 5+ years) have they not had a CC. Usually they announce a date that is 2-3 weeks out from the report. This time they announced no date, but said it would be in the beginning of May, and would announce the date when it gets closer. They had a placeholder date, but that didn't happen. It sure seems to me like their intent has been to have the loan in place for the CC. But this is completely my own theory/speculation.
