Robby -> When a Chinese company 'main office' is located in the U.S, they do not have to maintain the same reporting standards of all Chinese companies.

Mr. Green -> All companies operating in China must be registered in the Credit System and maintain all of such systems reporting requirements such as Real-Time disclosure and it's 20 day rule.

Robby -> They are registered but have other requirements.

-> Incorrect. Technically, given that the Wyoming merger filing is accurate (100% ownership) - the business registration type of the Chinese entity JBZY is the sole owner of would be of type Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE). WFOE's are required to maintain credit reporting standards within the Publicity System.
The interesting thing here is.... Jinbo and China DeQun Wang do not have any companies of type WFOE, and JB&ZJMY Holding Company is nowhere to be seen as owner/shareholder on any Chinese gov databases. but they should...

"A WFOE is 100% foreign-owned and provides greater control over the business for a foreign investor in China.
In general, a WFOE will have to register and comply with multiple regulatory bodies and these are set out below:
-Administration for Industry and Commerce (“AIC”)
-Ministry of Commerce or Foreign Economic Cooperation Bureau
-Public Security Bureau (“PSB”) / Seals Office
-Local & State Tax Bureau
-Other Governmental Departments as Required"

If you think: does the Wyoming SOS have any additional information regarding the true registration details of the company merged into JBZY, the answer is no. All they have about the company is in the public filings. You can contact them yourself.
