GRCV DD PACK


Let me start by saying Im very impressed on initial DD, seems this company has transitioned into a holding company and is targeting a minimum of 4 million yearly on its balance sheet, planning to go QB, and have a SOLID management team behind them. Last November/December GRCV had and huge rebirth and filed MULTIPLE filings to get back on past due financials,Below are a couple hints and foreshadowing of whats to come



Now first things first, When a new BOD takes over, there is always the worry of the OLD BOD converting there stock thats hidden in the shadows and dumping on investors. The new management made the Old BOD give back all there shares as seen below






Now as of December 2017, when the new BOD began the take over the OS/AS can be seen below




A few months later of the New BOD on a tear to quickly clean up the bogus and Toxic old BOD we were left with the OS/AS below



So Almost 890 million restricted shares have been retired in just 3 months + what was already retired upon taking over, which equates to be about 1.25 BILLION shares since his new BOD took over, thats OUTSTANDING, Not to mention that it was promised that AS was also going to be reduced proving they dont count on more dilution anytime soon! Below is proof AS was reduced on Flordia SOS






Not to mention they brought the Flordia SOS back to current So Next Lets jump into the Debt part of things





When i look for a long term play, My Biggest thing is SS and Debt,
you can have all the revs in the world, but if your ticker is debt riddled and to fat it simply will not move, its not a game worth playing if there is no trade/Future. , Now when New BOD took over there was almost 1 million dollar in debt as seen below





Since then there has been many negotiations with long term friendly debt holders to restructure there not and change them into preferred shares etc, As seen below in just a FEW MONTHS they have almost got rid of 600k in short term convertible debt, thats HUGE for shareholders!!







Next Lets visit there path to this 4 million dollars in acquisitions and see how far they have got in just 3-4 months



There is 1.2 of the 4 million already done in 1 acquisition, which was done with preferred shares and is not toxic to shareholders, Next one is still pending but take a look, Awesome sector with tons of possibilities






Next was a acquisition of one of my favorites "Track killers ent",

the revs not just from the app, but advertisement could be BIG, the worlds first Digital Label!
