RD I have been in two minds about the Garrett note. First I was extremely critical because it presumably has a negative effect on the pps and therefore may lead to more dilution. If Garrett had been willing to exert strong pressure on Solomon in the direction of selling assets to start paying a cash dividend of 5 cents per share and to avoid furter dilution on the strengt of his ability to create havoc because of the note I could have seen the note as a good thing. It is getting increasingly clear, I think, that he is not ready to play such a role. Therefore now agree that the note should be changed so that the conversion price is lifted to for instance 1.5 dollars.
