Calvin Wallen being sued for bankruptcy fraud: I did some searching online to find out what's happening with CVBT and the annual meeting for which we've heard nothing other than a December 2017 posting on CVBT's website, and came up with something really unexpected.

Calvin A. Wallen III is being sued for what appears to be bankruptcy fraud by the bankruptcy trustee for Tauren Exploration Inc., his non-public oil and gas company which filed for bankruptcy in 2016. The trustee filed the lawsuit against Calvin Wallen III on March 22, 2018

This probably explains why the alleged CVBT shareholders meeting scheduled for May 2018 does not appear to be happening.
